The Draft Kit is a one-time purchase for one season. It is yours to use for your own fantasy football decisions. It is not yours to resell, share, scrape, or feed into a competing product.
Our rankings are analysis, not a promise. We are not affiliated with the NFL or any fantasy platform. If something goes wrong, email us before you do anything else, because we would rather just fix it.
These Terms are a contract between you and RC Graphics LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as FF1st and Finish 1ST ("FF1st," "we," "us").
By using ff1st.com, creating an account, joining our email list, or buying the Finish 1ST Draft Kit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to purchase the Finish 1ST Draft Kit. You must be at least 13 to use the free portions of the site.
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. Do not share your account. Tell us at info@ff1st.com if you think someone else is using it.
The Finish 1ST Draft Kit is a digital product for a single NFL season, sold for a one-time price. It includes access to the FF1st draft board, player cards, and the 1ST Score rankings for that season. It is not a subscription. It does not auto-renew, and nothing recurring is charged to your card.
When you buy the Kit, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own fantasy football decisions for that season. That is it. You may not:
Access is for the season it was sold for. Buying a Kit for one season does not give you rights to any future season's Kit.
The 1ST Score system and its underlying formulas, weights, and methodology are our proprietary intellectual property and our trade secrets. The FF1st and Finish 1ST names, logos, the card designs, the site design, and all written analysis are owned by RC Graphics LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.
Nothing on this site transfers any ownership to you.
FF1st does not guarantee any fantasy football result. Our rankings, scores, projections, tiers, and analysis are opinions and estimates, provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Football is unpredictable. Players get hurt, roles change, and every ranking system in the world is wrong about somebody.
Any performance figures, back-test results, or historical accuracy claims we publish describe past seasons. Past results do not predict future results. You are responsible for your own draft picks, roster decisions, and any money you choose to risk.
FF1st is not a gambling service, does not accept wagers, and does not operate daily fantasy contests.
FF1st is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the National Football League, the NFLPA, any NFL club, ESPN, Yahoo, CBS, NFL.com, Sleeper, FantasyPros, DraftKings, FanDuel, Underdog, or any other league host, media company, or fantasy platform. All team names, player names, and third-party marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
The FF1st Creator Directory lists independent fantasy football creators and links to their channels, podcasts, and websites. It exists to send you to them.
Do not use FF1st to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts, interfere with the site's operation, harvest data, or impersonate anyone.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, we may use them freely and without owing you anything. Please do not send us confidential information.
The Finish 1ST Draft Kit is $29 for the season, a one-time charge. Promotional discount codes may reduce that price for a limited time and are subject to their own stated terms and expiration.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout where required. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects a purchase you already made.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. Read it before you buy.
We will do our best to keep FF1st running, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. The Kit is a seasonal product and the board is updated during the preseason and the season on a cadence we set. We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or the Kit. If we discontinue the Kit mid-season in a way that deprives you of what you paid for, contact us and we will make it right.
FF1st links to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Following a link is at your own risk.
FF1st and the Finish 1ST Draft Kit are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
Some states do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RC Graphics LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost league entry fees, lost winnings, or lost data, arising out of or relating to FF1st, even if we were told such damages were possible.
Our total liability to you for any claim relating to FF1st will not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RC Graphics LLC from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of anyone's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, including the license restrictions in Section 4. If we terminate you for redistributing, scraping, or reselling the Kit, you are not entitled to a refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Talk to us first. Before filing anything, email info@ff1st.com and give us 30 days to resolve it. Most problems are a refund or a login fix, and we would rather just handle it.
If that fails, you agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between us. You may not assign them. We may.
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change. Continuing to use FF1st after an update means you accept it.
