Refund Policy

That is the whole policy. We would rather say it plainly than bury it. The detail is below.

Why it works this way

The Finish 1ST Draft Kit is a one-time $29 purchase that delivers everything to you the moment you buy it. There is no subscription and nothing recurring. The entire value of the product can be consumed in a single draft.

So the guarantee protects the thing you actually care about: you are protected against buying something that turns out to be junk. You are not, however, able to draft your whole team with it and then ask for your money back. We think that is fair, and we think you do too.

What qualifies for a refund

You are eligible for a full refund if all of these are true:

1. You have not used the Board to run a draft. Opening it, browsing it, and looking around are all fine. Marking picks, running a live draft, or otherwise using it to build a roster is not.
2. Your request comes in before the first Sunday of the NFL regular season.
3. It is your first refund request for that season's Kit.

What does not qualify

• The Board was used to run a draft.
• The request comes in after the NFL regular season has started.
• The Kit was shared, resold, scraped, or redistributed, which also violates our Terms of Service.
• You are unhappy with how your fantasy season went. We give you our best analysis. We cannot give you a championship, and no ranking system on earth can.

How to request a refund

Email info@ff1st.com from the address you used to buy the Kit. Include your order number if you have it. You do not have to explain yourself, though we always appreciate knowing what missed, because that is how the product gets better.

How refunds are processed

• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.
• We process approved refunds within 3 business days of approval.
• Your bank or card issuer typically posts it within 5 to 10 business days after that. That part is out of our hands.
• If you used a discount code, we refund the amount you actually paid, not the list price.

Before you dispute a charge

If something went wrong, email us first. A chargeback costs us a fee on top of the sale and takes weeks to resolve, when an email usually takes an hour. We have never met a $29 problem that was worth that. If you file a chargeback without contacting us, we will respond with our records, and your account may be closed.

Nothing recurring, ever

The Kit is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no auto-renew, and no card on file being quietly charged next August. There is nothing to cancel, which is the point.
