Who we are

FF1st (also styled Finish 1ST) is operated by RC Graphics LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. In this policy, "we," "us," and "FF1st" mean RC Graphics LLC. This policy covers ff1st.com and the products we sell through it.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Account and purchase information. Your name, email address, and billing address when you buy the Finish 1ST Draft Kit or create an account.
• Email list signups. Your email address if you join the Be 1st list.
• Creator directory submissions. If you submit a channel or creator to be listed, the contact and channel details you provide.
• Anything you email us. Support messages, refund requests, and similar correspondence.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Our web host records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. This is normal web server operation and is used for security and troubleshooting.
• Essential cookies. Cookies required to keep you logged in, remember your cart, and process a purchase.

What we do not collect

• We do not store your credit card number. Card details go directly to our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or hold them.
• We do not currently run advertising or analytics trackers on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy and this page will say so.
• We do not collect information from your fantasy league accounts, and we do not connect to ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, or any other league platform.

How we use it

• To sell, deliver, and support the Finish 1ST Draft Kit.
• To create and maintain your account and log you in.
• To send you order confirmations, receipts, and other transactional messages.
• To send you the Be 1st newsletter, if you asked for it.
• To answer your questions and handle refund requests.
• To keep the site secure and working.
• To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe through WooCommerce. When you pay, your card information is transmitted directly to Stripe. We receive confirmation of the transaction and a record of the order, but not your full card number. Stripe processes your information under its own privacy policy.

Email

If you join the Be 1st list, we email you about FF1st. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Transactional email, such as an order receipt or a login link, is separate and is sent because you bought something or asked to log in.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function: keeping you signed in, holding your cart, and completing checkout. These cannot be turned off without breaking the site. You can block cookies in your browser, but checkout and login will not work.

We do not currently set advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers who need it to run FF1st, and only for that purpose:

• Stripe, to process payments.
• DreamHost, our web host, which stores site and order data.
• Our email provider, to deliver newsletter and transactional email.
• Professional advisors such as our accountant, where necessary.
• Law enforcement or government, if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

If FF1st or RC Graphics LLC is ever sold or merged, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction. You would be notified.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Third-party sites and creator content

The FF1st Creator Directory links out to independent fantasy football creators on YouTube, podcast platforms, and their own websites. We also display publicly available content feeds, such as public RSS and YouTube feeds.

When you click through to a creator's channel or site, you leave FF1st and you are subject to that platform's privacy policy, not ours. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their practices. Watching a creator's video on YouTube means YouTube is collecting information about you under Google's policies.

How long we keep information

• Order and transaction records: kept as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, generally at least four years.
• Account information: kept while your account is active.
• Newsletter email: kept until you unsubscribe.
• Support email: kept as long as needed to resolve the issue and for our records.

You can ask us to delete your information. See below.

Security

We use HTTPS across the site, and payment data is handled by Stripe rather than by us, which is the single biggest thing we can do to protect you. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you.
• Access a copy of it.
• Correct it if it is wrong.
• Delete it, subject to records we must keep for tax and legal reasons.
• Opt out of the sale of personal information or of targeted advertising. We do not do either, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the right exists.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

Colorado residents have these rights under the Colorado Privacy Act. Residents of California, Virginia, Connecticut, and several other states have comparable rights under their own laws. We extend all of the above to every FF1st customer regardless of state, because maintaining separate tiers of privacy would be silly.

To exercise any right, email info@ff1st.com from the address associated with your account. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify who you are before acting, which usually means confirming the email address on the order.

If you are in Colorado and believe we have not handled your request properly, you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may contact the Colorado Attorney General.

Children

FF1st is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. You must be 18 or older to purchase the Finish 1ST Draft Kit. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email info@ff1st.com and we will delete it.

United States only

FF1st sells digital products to customers in the United States. Our site and services are not directed to, or intended for, individuals outside the United States, and information we collect is stored and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top. Material changes, such as adding analytics or advertising trackers, will be described here plainly rather than buried.
